This is a tiny home that was built by us in 2020. Our very first project that inspired us to start this company.

I started ProPrep Rentals because I saw a need for reliable property support services that help landlords, investors, and property owners prepare their properties with confidence. I've always enjoyed solving problems, helping people, and building things from the ground up, which made this business a natural fit.

ProPrep Rentals was built on a simple idea: make property preparation easier, more efficient, and less stressful for property owners.
